Service Description
Join us from 4:30-8:30pm for a special Valentine’s Duo Workshop led by our bakers Emeric and Steven at our Farm Café. !IMPORTANT! This is held on Friday, NOT on Valentine's Day. *Duration: 4 hours *Max. attendance: 8 couples *Price is per duo: 312$ + HST We’ll cover: *fundamentals of sourdough *tools required for starter maintenance *mixing, shaping, and fermentation *scoring, baking, storing Per DUO, your registration includes: *a bag of local, organic flour from Moulin des Cèdres *a banneton, a scrapper and a scoring blade kit *a sourdough starter *2 fresh baked loaves (by you, during the class) *fresh dough to bake at home the next day *Dinner break including a mocktail, a focaccia slice & a salad per person plus a shared Valentine’s dessert plate & coffees *a Fundamentals Worksheet What you’ll need to bring: *an apron *a large bowl (4L or more) for mixing *a container (2L or more) to bring fresh dough home *a bag or linen to take baked loaves NOTE: This workshop is not suitable for gluten-free dietary restrictions. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please contact us before booking. MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We reserve the right to cancel the class for insufficient attendance. In this case, we will offer you a full refund. CANCELLATION POLICY: We can only offer refunds for cancellations made 5 days prior to the class. We cannot offer refunds or a substitute workshop date due to personal reasons, BUT we will reschedule the class in case of weather conditions that aren’t safe to have you travel in.
